The main activities of the company is the following:
- Development of a land from agricultural to residential. the land can be also used for commercial, industrial, turism, public use and ‘ or private use.
- Development and costruction of residential buildings including villas, town-houses and appartments – with all the infrastructure systems and othe facilities.
- Roads and infrastructure systems including roads, highways, sewage and drainage schemes, water supply systems and electrical and communications networks.
- Building of storage facilities including the store-houses, organization of the activites in and outside the storage buildings.
The strong financial situation of the company enable the group financing the purchase of land, investing in the first steps of each project such as design, planning, marketing survey, etc.
The company has in-house professional teams required for the projects including engineers, technicians, financial experts, administrators, and other profisionals. this enables the company to execute on the best technical manner each of the project that the company is committed to.
The company and the sister-companies of the shareholders are known all over the world in their professionality, completion of projects on time (as planned) and according to existing budget.
The company is using the budget control system in all the projects that are implemented by the company. this system enables our organization to carry out the projects according to a given budget and enable us to control varioty of projects in many countries at the same time.
